Aside from the above, there may be other limited situations where we share specific types of personal information but only with your express consent.

Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. For information about Do Not Track, visit www.allaboutdnt.org.

IPS does not track its Account Holders or website visitors over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising; so, we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser allows you to set the DNT signal on it so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

You can help ensure that your information is accurate, complete, and up to date by logging in to your account at www.preserveasphalt.com or on your IPS App. For other personal information, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access so you can request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if IPS is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.  Access, correction, or deletion requests can be made by emailing to: education@preserveasphalt.com

You can request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. You may open a ticket and submit your request. There’s a charge of USD$15 to cover the cost of providing this information.
